and by 'hand-drawn' i mean illustrator or similar vector creation.

i mean, most fonts start as 'hand drawn' and then progress to vector graphics, along with 'hand drawn' stuff that then gets scanned and computerised.

Looks like a font to me. The t on the would link if it was hand drawn, probably the capital C to h as well. I guess slightly modified though because of the different h's...
Not 100%,. but I'd say I'm 85% sure it's a font. But then again I know nothing and I'm just internet-guy to you.
