Not my favorite cover either but I don't mind it at all next to the above. Each one appealed to me at a different time in my life which is kind of neat, though Mezzanine stuck with me the most.

They're all pretty good. I dunno, I can't think of many album covers that blow me away as pieces of art, but these are all memorable. The weakest one IMO is the 2nd to last.

I find its a pretty memorable cover. Maybe not Mezzanine memorable, but still.

listening to the album at the moment on Spotify
- dull as dishwater if you ask me.ive never subscribed to the hype that everyone always seem to give massive attack and have them up there on a tall pedestal.
Yes, there has been the occasional belter of a song from them but most of their other stuff is highly forgetable.

OST to the film of the decade.

protection, maybe.
blue lines - definitely not! most overated album ever!albums that beat both MA ones hands down
tricky - maxinquaey
goldie - timelessin particular tricky's. much more standout tracks crammed into one album

- agree - protection was way better than blue linesbigtrickagain
- why the connection of timeless with MA? there are 2 completely different albums/ artistsMeeklo

It sits outside my tightly delineated field of expectation, therefore I dislike it. I feel I should share this with people I've never met before.
Perhaps I'll post this opinion on a forum somewhere.
- Have you heard of www.qbn.com? They might be interested!Raniator

reminds me of Stanley Donwood In Rainbows type stuff.

Looks like Robert Del Naja did the painting. I wondered when he'd do a cover himself...
