Photoshop CS3: Placing Images

  When I "place" an image in Illustrator or InDesign, that shit updates when I edit the external, placed file. In Photoshop, the file that I "place" doesn't get updated. WTF is the point of place in Photoshop?

  Looks like you have to manually right click the layer and select "Replace Contents"

  I'd agree. If Adobe allowed you to nest PSDs and auto update, that would be super rad.

  Of course there's no "Update Contents". I'll probably have to upgrade to CS31 for that.
