I should mention Tale of 12 Kitchens is kind of a biography, told through the 12 places he lived and the food he ate there. Coffee table kind of thing

Ok just had a look at the cookbook shelf (My wife is a food writer so we have plenty as she gets them for free and here are the best that I can see. All subjective but:
