last year we did this (I weight my words) "Guerrilla" campaign for a neighborhood called Isola (island) in Milan.
we went around putting surfers in restrooms, drank lots of wine so we could re-use the bottles (eco alcoholism) and attached fishing thingy to car, sadly the campaign didn't resonate much because everyone was preoccupied about the financial crisis,
anyways, if you like the idea, please vote for us here, we dont win anything, just some visibility for a nice quartier that we would like to bring back to life.Thanks
