  Does anyone know of a free CMS website build programme that she could use online to upload her pictures and build a basic site. She has no HTML experience or access to dreamweaver etc.

  C a r g o is really easy to use and update. definitely the best choice for her. I hooked my brother to it as well and he managed to get everything fine by himself.
