    peeps,

I'm kind of blocked here, I have to do some work for a client who's logo and tag line are set with Helvetica Neue Bold and Ultralight. I have to come up with another font for text, info and secondary applications, he wants sans. (I would totally prefer to use a serif but...)

    Any advice?

Another sans with Helvetica? That would be difficult to pull off. Only another grotesque could possibly work, but even then it would be an uneasy combo. Just use some other variant of Helvetica Neue. The Medium and Regular weights are good for taglines that tend to be used @ small size.

If serif were allowed, I'd recommend a modern serif—something like a Didot, a Bodoni, or New Century Schoolbook. Any of those look good next to Helvetica. But it all depends on the required vibe for the client.
