Innovative Color Software

  Besides the color picker they give you within graphic programs. I'm interested in color software or web applications that help you in areas of management, selecting, testing, charting, saving, exploring, labeling, theorizing, measuring and/or usage of colors. Perhaps there might be some innovative applications that allow one to do more with color.
