Putting your email on a website?

What do you do, if you need to supply your email on a website, but worry about it getting harvested by spammers? Is the old method of replacing @ with [at] still any good?
Long time since i last gave that a thought...networking/community sites all have some safe way of displaying emails, these days...
Any thoughts?
