Having some part in a small sport brand, I have to make a website by myself.
I'm looking for nice websites with pictures+heavy content.
I haven't much site references to look at, since I'm quite a noob regarding webdesign.
the only one I have so far is edwin tofslie seen a few weeks ago on qbn :
sport products, speed flying wings.
But I'm not only looks for other sport brands website.
I just need some ideas about content, hierarchy, layout, etc...
Do people look at other sites for inspiration or just things they can steal? Don't get me wrong, i'm not trying to offend. Just that when it comes to inspiration, the last thing you want to see is one designer's intuitive idea of what the business wants vs the consumer
What's lame is with all that effort into putting together the adidas site, they couldn't make it work on the iPhone. My adidas experience just dropped down one notch.
dyspl, when are you updating your own portfolio?
thank you guys.
@whatsup : It's about seeing what is standard now. I don't want to come up with a poo I find nice just because I'm not aware about what is possible.
@kult : Soon, a qbner is working on it.
