Love what your doing Jason, really great stuff.
What Detritus said is true... ad agencies will rip this stuff off in a blink of an eye so do not, under any circumstances, say a single word more about your techniques or processes.

It might be worth creating some simple midi-controllers / sensors to use while VJing .. Connecting some variable faders / knobs to a computer via an Arduino wouldn't be a huge task. (http://www.ladyada.net/make/mid... is one example - but there are loads of similar projects)
