Been having the PS Portal for a day now and can confirm, amazing device. And with the Premium Plus subscription the value is just amazing with all the games included in the subscription.
I have not experienced any input lag or streaming artifacts that some people are having but maybe they have a really bad internet connection. Mine at home isn't even the fastest and it still works great. Will test it at work where I have fiber.
In my opinion it's better than Xbox Cloud streaming.
