IE errors with WordPress

I'm getting the following errors in IE 7:
document.getElementById(...) is null or not an object
and then a syntax error.
The website is http://grgrub.com. It loads fine in Firefox, Safari, and the rest of the modern browsers (even IE 8), but IE 6 and 7 have major issues. In IE 7, the page loads and then I get a "cannot load" error, which I'm thinking is due to the two above errors.
Any help would be very much appreciated; thanks!

it could be that dropdown.js thing as well, missed that

also IE 7 reports that the error is at line 5 character 2

but that could be in one of the javascript files though ^^
