Specific Skills: Successful candidates will be responsible for brainstorming creative concepts with the project and client team, comfortable facilitating visual design workshops with clients, develop initial design directions, create design systems, engage in visual design presentations to clients, and develop detailed design specifications for production. Intimate knowledge of relevant industry tools is a necessity. We work highly collaboratively both with internal team members as well as with our clients which makes strong communication skills key. Yes, originally this description was for an on-site position. But given the timing and the skill-set we're looking for, we've opened it up.
