Google & My Company Name

My company was just profiled in the local newspaper , but they adjoined my Company's name with my PERSONAL last name - this was done all throughout the article.
Assuming that most people will google the two names together(finding nothing related my company), how can I quickly rectify this problem before the paper is printed tomorrow morning?

Easy. Change your first name to your company's name and you're in business.

put your personal last name on the site and do a manual indexing request

making the title of this thread your company name and last name and placed a link inside it would probably have been the most useful thing!
google does look at sites like this every day. but for the most part not much you can do.

Wouldn't the easiest just be to contact the guy who wrote the story and ask them to correct it? If your company name is Acme, and they printed Acme Jones throughout the article, surely they would fix that.

actually i just did a search on my company/last name and got better results than just company or just name (because there is another justin gum, someone off the kid) but as a freelancer i blur that line until come tax time than i'm a poor profitless company with expensive toys for me the freelancer :P
