Connect Mac to Mac?

I'm sure this has been asked, but how do I connect one mac over a wireless mac to another? just want to share mine with another to transfer music. Not done this in a while.

Make sure they're on the same network (if they're not, just create one from the airport menu item) and then in Finder click Go > Network. Connect to the one you want.

the file sharing thing is important. you have to choose who and what can connect.

If you are connecting as the administrator of the other Mac, you don't have to setup specific file sharing permissions, just turn File Sharing on, then..
Go > Connect to to Server, and browse, or connect to afp://(the ip address)

You might find it more useful to just install Dropbox on both of them.. way simpler, and also fast, as the latest version of Dropbox (out yesterday) does LAN sync (so it doesn't have to go up to the Dropbox servers first)

you can also use bonjour via ichat or adium to shuttle files back and forth over LAN
