affordable restaurant with a view- london

Hi all
looking for a restaurant with a nice view in london, something like tate modern's restaurant, but that would be open for dinner and would be about 30 pounds per person- or less!

Yup, doing that kind of research too, but most of the places I find are more like 60 pounds pp- also I was looking for something that someone from here might have checked and recommends?

Bincho Yakatori in Oxo tower if it's still open...
Roast in Borough Market is nice
Skylon has great deals
The pubs in Hammersmith have nice views not very foodie though
Thai Square in Putney has great views
Blueprint Cafe or any of those in Shad Thames
Top floor of Smiths
There are a couple of lovely places up Richmond HillHope that helps

That south Bank complex is ok too
Theres that pizza place which has lovely views Gourmet Pizza Co. on South Bank which is where I used to take chicks in my more financially prudent days
