yeeeah. I've got another question.
I've search the interwebs and didn't find anything.
Maybe someone in her know the exact simple answer to this:
I have a domain pointing to a server.
Iam redirecting that domain elsewhere.
How can i find the default IP adress to access the stuff that is still on my server? You know,
- mu6.ca point to my Bluehost server
- i redirect mu6.ca to my tumblr
- how can i access my stuff on Bluhost?

it's likely you don't have a static IP address if you've got crappy shared hosting.

its a shared IP adress i've got with Bluehost:
Shared Ip Address 69.89.31.89
- benfal990
and if i type
69.89.31.89 /home/musixca
doesnt work either.

GUess it's not possible then. Could you simply move the existing site over to a new domain?
- benfal990
yes i use wordpress ukit

what about establishing a sub domain?

So here's what you do...get a new domain, point it to your server, install WP and copy your theme files via FTP to the new domain. Then use a WP export plugin to export your posts to XML and import them into the new site.
Or, maybe a sub domain would work, never tried that before.
