I'd make it bigger on the card. That "bartender" is going to be too wee at card size, I think.

Maybe -
A little more vertical space between the 'Head' and the type.
Heavier font for the name and Sans serif for the wee bartender at the bottom?I like the idea of the Drip partially obscuring the name, rathering than becoming part of it.
Great concept.

I'd try to make the type less of a face that's been altered and more custom, almost a little 60's.

Total pixelfuck here:
I would round the corners at the top of the glass very slightly. Don't want anyone cutting their mouth on it.
Also, I wonder what a 'Black & Tan' concept would look like if you split the name into each brew.
