Anyone else have issues with flash not being completely opaque in ie?
I get what looks like a 5% opaque white background behind it. I'm using png's and have the wmode set to "transparent".

wait, you're trying to make it transparent, but you're having an issue making it opaque, wha?

Uh, do you want transparent or opaque - see through, no see through?

Looks like you've got something else on the page, are there filters at work? Was there a shadow on the png in Photoshop?

The issue shows up behind text within flash as well. So I don't think it's the png's.
- I do have some filters on the text though. Blur.flyingnowhere
- dump all of the filters and try again.ItTango

you change all those pngs to jpgs and the problem will likely vanish... have you tried?
- I'd like to have it transparent. I suppose I could change it over if there's no other solution.flyingnowhere

Hard to diagnose without knowing exactly how they're placed in the movie. Separate clips or part of one large clip. Have you tried publishing using only one of the elements at a time?

Well shit. I thought maybe this was a common problem with an easy fix that I'm just overlooking.
Ok, I'll try removing some of the objects to see if i can pinpoint which one is causing the problem. Thanks.

the colors look kind of dithered there, you're not by chance in 16 bit color, are you? if you are, that's your answer.
