I really like flash, love coding AS3 too, I dont get much opportunity to work with flash on client sites any longer though, with HTML5 on the way in, jquery and such, is it worth me keeping my skills with flash upto date, or shold I move on to become as proficient as possible with these new technologies instead ?

You're going to hear this a million times, but
depends on what your job is/clients are and what they need
what do you want to do? there's plenty of work for both to go around.
Don't listen to anyone who says Flash is endangered in any way.

Flash will be around for a long long time, look at all the new platforms and installations flash will be going onto in the next few years, many new options for design and dev. Mite not be a computer screen but mite be a tv, phone, video game system etc...

thanks for the advice everyone, i gues I should just work on my own flash stuff to keep me sharp, I would say @work i currently do 90% XHTML/CSS/JS ecom sites and such, so flash is rarely a tool we use, but i love using it
