Breathtaking student work - what have you seen from the next generation of designers this year, which projects have blown you away and what are you going to remember in years to come... feel free to promote things from people you know i want to uncover some real gems here...
if there ends up being one overwhelming favorite i'll send them a bag of goodies at the end of the month :)

The 'Transparencies' project posted above left me feeling both slightly impressed and underwhelmed. I've a bit of a fetish for anything that uses AR technology, so I naturally couldn't help but enjoy it. On the other hand, I thought given the fact they didn't have a client barking 'do this, get rid of that' at them, there could've been way more concept involved. What they produced was merely phantom, no more than a partial simulation of reality. This in my mind seems rather lackluster, compared to the notion of compositing and contrasting between reality and it's digital homogeny.
