Friend and I were arguing over the term "circus tits." He said it meant ones that were so big, they made people laugh. I said it meant ones that looked funny because they were so different--one from the other.
Who's right?

Hmmm... your definition *did* come first... but more people do seem to oppose it... and less people seem to oppose your friend's definition... I say you email the circus for the truth.
