Designing an application

I've approached a few places like Panic and RESN with an idea for an app I want to design and get made.
Basically it's a mood board / dump box interface (could be made in AIR, Flash or a Xcode/Mac App)
When you're sitting with a client, they're showing you websites, images, logos and branding they like you drag it into this board and can later save and 'package' it for an account manager to go over, add to, revise etc.
It's basically a screen with everything on it to gather ideas, notes, links, images, video etc and keep everything in one place instead of the horrid folder systems on servers I come across while on freelance placements, half the time is asking where stuff is stored and kept.
It would somewhat resemble bump top but no where near as shit or complicated or 'bouncy'.
Have looked around on iusethis.com nothing really exists so far that I can find apart from to-do lists, I want something visually based and simple.
Have completed most wireframing and small amounts of design, does anyone want to take a look at developing this and selling it for a small amount or an opensource project?
