i don't think it's reasonable to fire someone watchin porn at work. It's a part of inspiration and process to booze up your creativity, seriously.
i however do find it's disturbing if someone in a company caught jerking. That's just insane. if i do found winkydinky splat all over the workstation, it would be hygienically disguising for a dude LOL and I sure to tell him off. i once caught my senior Art Director stayed back at work and wanked. He got embarrassed the next day and day onwards he starts to find things to chase me out of the agency.
most of use would agree especially designers, we bound to have some favorite inspiration, mine, hentai, the best. LOL
