Floating contact form

hey y'all.
My boss wants a floating contact form on one of his sites. The type that follows you down the page as you scroll down, and is always visible if you get me?
Is this done with css or Js?
I think the last time I saw something like this was on a warez site 4yrs ago.

you can do this with display:fixed (needs top/bottom left/right values, same as postion:absolute;}, however not supported in ie6.
otherwise QBN has one on the left nav, can try rip that... OOORRR...

Aye as stuggoo says, css with a z-index and position fixed.
You can get it to work in ie 6 too, it just needs to be set to absolute instead and no relative positioning used elsewhere. take a gander:
