invoicing/billing software for PC?

can anyone suggest a good program for invoicing on a PC? I use Mac at home, but at work I need something for PC. Thanks in advance!

Well, I went ahead and made an invoice with FreeAgent and gave it
to my boss. He was floored. This dude needs to jump into 2010 already. Thanks all.

Have you used FreeAgent long? I just took a look, and although I am fairly happy with Harvest, FreeAgent seems to have a lot more useful functionality. What negatives have you experienced?
