'Load remote html'?

  Not quite sure how to term this.

  In Homesite, I used to be able to load directly from a url, which often comes in handy if you're trying to work out how something works, and don't want the browser to react. It can also be handy to subvert server-side redirects.

  My question - is there an app that does this? Perhaps a Firefox plugin, or something? I've got HTTPTracker (or whatever it's called), but that's a little overkill.

  Any thoughts?

  I use 'e' editor on Windows, if that's any help... not sure if it uses plugins. Perhaps I should go look. That'd be a common sense thing to do, eh?
