Hi,
Was just wondering if anyone ran into this circumstance.
Starting September, I started a in-house contract with x company till the end of this December. I knew especially in this industry that O/T hours were unpaid, and was stated by the HR coordinartor as well as my contract, but nowhere did it say that we'd begin to have to extend our hours fitting a full work day within the week, thus the term 'mandatory'. This obviously was implemented after the fact.
Any ideas where I stand?

It's called a change of contract, or an addendum to the original contract. Hopefully you defined hour per day or something like that
