InDesign just crashed and corrupted my only working file... gave me some error -14 or some crap and after a restart it just says "import failed". Is there a way to get this back or is it fucked? I was in the process of making a backup when it happened...

July 24, 2009If you have a corrupt InDesign file, you can send it to Adobe. If the file is small enough (say, less than 15MB), you can send it to directly to Tommy Donovan at: .
For larger files, you can upload them to an FTP server:
FTP: //eftp.adobe.com
User: cust-ul
Password: Upt0wn (the 0 is a zero)Please create a uniquely named folder, upload your file to it, and then email Tommy to let him know when the file has been uploaded
