On one of our websites, we're getting random blank e-mails. We have a JQuery validation, and aren't sure why this is happening.
The page is http://mindutopia.com/contact.ph… and the action page is http://mindutopia.com/sendmail.p….
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.

check the IP's, possibly robot spammer scripts attempting to mess with your code?
Or can you duplicate the actions that cause a blank email?

Is your code in php4 or php5? What does your server support?

PHP5.

I just sent a few, it didn't seem to validate the fields.... I was able to send blanks... sorry to pollute your db with junk....
Even if I use a jquery validator, (which in this case isn't working) I also add a PHP validator, partly for anti-spammer purposes, as they turn off javascript....
if(!$_POST[' field1']){
$err.="field1,";
}
if(!$_POST[' field2']){
$err.="field2,";
}
if($err){
print "please fill in $err and go back";
}else{
// do stuff
}

actually, i get a JS error on that form. So, I am pretty certain it skips over any kind of validation.

Thank for your help; we're working on it as we speak.
