Anyone has experience with using this to create games as an alternative to Flash?
The demos are certainly impressive, although you have to DL a plugin to try:

Epic Games also opened up their Unreal Engine 3 (and this one has the best tools IMO)

They also have a pretty decent licensing scheme, similar to Apple's with the iPhone but I believe the cut for Epic is less than Apple (25% vs 30% if I'm correct).
