Which font manager programs are people using with Windows 7? I used FontExplorer X beta with Windows XP but can't get it working with 7

I'm going without a font manager, seeing how I get on.
It's particularly doable with Window 7's ability to install fonts 'as shortcuts', meaning you don't need umpteen-thousand fonts sitting in your windows/fonts folder - you can keep them wherever you like. Great thing is, font installation even appears to work whilst an application is running, so unless you have particiular need of organisational font meta hierachies within a 3rd party application, you could probably do without.
