I need to design an interface for a site that will be build using drupal.
The client's mind is already set on drupal as a cms so I need to know if its possible to have a menu bar over another one in this configuration.thanks in advance

There's no reason why you couldn't .. by default, menus are output as nested, unordered lists in drupal -> you'd def. be able to use CSS to style each list to achieve this.

drupal is very flexible. you can do pretty much whatever you want

totally do able. you won't even need to get your hands dirty. CSS it up.

thanks alot, I contacted the programmer and he told me he was using a template....... and the template doesn't allow this,
I don't know much about drupal but I smelled the bs
I did a quick css example and sent it to him,
tomorrow I'll get to talk to him again though, let see what he tells me
