Right now Im thinking about using these guys,
http://www.boxandwrap.com/printi…But $400! For a 100 boxes with my companies logo. Does this sound reasonable? Does anyone have any cheaper methods?

This is a packaging question by the way.

be greener not to print that shit all over it, wouldnt it ?

- +my real answer = make a stamp and ink stamp your logo on by yourself.mikotondria3
- I agree. Stamps are pretty cheap to have manufactured.monospaced
- Yes, but then you have to do all the friggin' stamping...luckyorphan

what kind of boxes. Sizes? Stock weight? Ink coverage?
- pauli0
box size is 12 x 12 x 5. High End Kraft and the ink is one color up to
20sq inches. This is the cheapest I could find. And the customer service was rude as a hell.

silkscreen it, and if your planning on keeping these for a while you could just keep the screen burned and ready to go for when you need more.
- pauli0
Yeah, nicole, but thats just as expensive. I tried.
- i don't see how silk-screening it yourself can be just as expensive, the materials just don't cost that much.nicole_marie

pauli, scroll down just a little bit on that page. Do you see this image?
Those are stamps, they're called imprints. That's one of the biggest costs you're going to pay for. And they even say that.
I've been pricing having custom stamps made all day, and you will easily find prices of $60 for a 5 inch by 3 inch stamp.
So yes, it's reasonable. Ordering a custom stamp, all your materials, shipping and your time would make it just as expensive.

Thats $4 a box.
That sounds high to me. Your better off getting blanks and having stickers printed, no?
- detritus0
Another question to ponder - how much would it 'cost you to do it yourself?
Also - I back the rubber stamp idea. It's a simple, cheap, win.
- pauli0
Thanks evenburke,
I guess that should have been obvious.
- evanburke0
Detritus, but it's *not* cheap to get rubber stamps made. That's the point I was trying to make. You will pay $60 for a relatively small, custom stamp.
Boxandwrap.com is quoting you $400 because of the cost/time/expertise required to make the plates (stamps). They might have to make 2 or 3 of them.
In that case, it's actually a good deal.
If anyone does know a place to get cheap custom stamps made, I'd be interested to know. I found a kit to make your own stencils but it costs over $200 alone.
