and if your serious about developing for all platforms, you'll notice that they are trying to use Flash to make it easier, and this first step towards iphone dev is just a small beta step, should be taken lightly, but seriously.

I'm sure it will be quite limited in terms of which iPhone APIs you can work with, but I think it's great news that its even possible to compile AS3 and have it work on iPhone. Exciting!
- you mean flash APIs? It's supposed to support most of the API from flash and iPhone, unlike Flash LitePupsipu

Just tried "That Roach Game" on iPhone which was made in Flash CS5, the animation is so fucking jerky its a joke, i"m half tempted to try and remake it in Safari using Javascript and I bet it would run better on the iPhone
