- dbvisualizer does , worth every penny, we use to manage DB2, Oracle , and mysqlBattleAxe
- there is a learning curve coming from phpmyAdmin , but not too steepBattleAxe

Learning SQL is pretty bitchin. Then you can use the SQL window and cut and paste ur shit in there and not use the "input" section of PHPMyAdmin..
Just sayin
