Endwhy the hell the movie doesn't stop when rollin over this? How can i stop a movie on a specific keyframe?

Use something like:
on enterFrame (or exitFrame)
pause
endor
on exitFrame
go to "end" (name your marker the same thing)
endIf you want to loop over one frame:
on exitFrame me
_movie.go(_movie.frame)
endBy the way, everyone knows Director isn't an industry standard (depending on your city). Doesn't mean people don't use it, and don't need help using it.

i know its old but i dont have Flash at work (and i can't script in Flash anyways) .. we only got Director MX2004 ... Its Ok for our needs here.
I needed to make an .exei builded a small app that simulate a program to transfert pictures from a digital camera to the computer... with a loading bar... Its a props for tv show.

I loved Director too. I was in there for versions 4 - 7. I was hoping that Flash 5 was going to adopt lingo as it's language. Actionscript was pretty lame in Flash 4. I put a lot of time into learning lingo. It was the first code of any kind I used and was sad to give it up. I just hope Adobe never messes up with Flash. I know it's very unlikely, but the overhaul AS3 was made me very nervous. I didn't like the feeling of being left behind as a designer. It'll be a long time before I'm as good as I was with AS2.

I feel much the same CyBrain. Knowing Lingo / Director 5 got me my 1st job in a design shop while I was in my last year of school.
