I can't complain about at&t DSL where I live. It's fast, consistent and incredibly reliable. Can't say the same for the cable i've dealt with over the years (wow + comcast).

dealing with comcast sucks, but at&t aren't that much better. and there's really no comparison between 3.5mb DSL and 25mb cable. no fios here yet unfortunately.

Agreed - Comcast blows! Spent 30mins on a im/chat with cust service trying to get my service transfered.
Once i was disconnect had to call, wade my way through 50 menu options, then when I got a real person they were a fucking cunt face.
If fios was available i would switch in an instant.
Grrrrrarghgrumble.

I guess I'm making the switch. Earthlink for my DSL was a pile of utter cunt. So now I'll get TV, Phone and Internet from Comcast, and hopefully have a bit less fucking around to do. It will be great to tell AT&T to fuck off. I think I've been on their tether, one way or another, since I was born.

comcast does suck... always down when I was living in chicago...
... but Cox is great if you're out west... I rarely go down and it's incredibly fast compared to the next level down DSL.
