Actually web designers need a Chrome version for OS X...

There is a Chrome for OSX...beta

not surprised. apple has the worst documentation for developers ever. and good luck googling your problems as there are so few of them (developers) out there anyway.
there's a reason you don't see too many good apps on the mac, compared to the pc.

probably more viable to polish the beta for PC then migrate to mac.
more than likley they cant steal IE users with a beta product.

They've chromed Version3?
Ubermod!

Chrome will eventually come out for OS X and Linux, and since it renders pages with Webkit you can test in Safari and more than likely it will look the same on Chrome.
And everyone doing web related work on the Mac should be using vmware fusion by now (or something similar) to test their shit on Windows.

"they cant steal IE users with a beta product"
There are no more IE users left to steal, everyone left is either never going to switch because they don't give a shit or is stuck on IE6 because some IT dept moron got the whole intranet written in HTML that only works in IE and ActiveX all at great expense but can't admit its fucked now because they'll lose their job most likely for the fuckup.

I tell you what. Borrowed a friends windows laptop for a few days and using Chrome is an absolute dream compared to IE and FF. Fast and smooth!

safari took its sweet time to migrate to pc. simple fact is that google are pushing to get chrome to take over IE.
In order to get it working right they are making it more stable on its main competitors platform. i suspect that we will be seeing a Chrome for OSX soon.- wait a minute i tried to time line this but i got confused.. LLOLStugoo
