stupid cs4 flash UI design

so here's the property window:
and now here it is with the 'colour effect' expanded.
what's all that empty space? why did it expand off the screen. why can't i pull it to cover the empty space. it only needed to expand little so I could see the alpha settings. just can't find a way of positioning the stupid properties panel so that i can use it and not cover have my screen with it.
crappy crap crap. ah... i'm going back to cs3 flash. instead of doing the work required of me and getting the job done on time - i'm wasting my time getting my head around the ridiculous panel UI of cs4 flash.... how has adobe improved it? an improvement should make me work quicker straight away from cs3.
Over the course of 1 year I could learn to use cs4 quickly. But taking into account the initial time wasted getting my head around it, it'd balance out at a overall loss of time.
And then after 1 year cs5 will come out with a whole new stupid UI to waste my time with. nonsense.

i think the empty space is to be filled with the "Tint" and "Advanced" controls. But yeah, you're probably right...

I think it's good, the harder it is to apply lots of filters, the better the site will run.
