You will have to upgrade your version of Little Snitch after installing OSX 10.6. If you don't, all the rules you have for blocking internet communication won't work because the program isn't doing anything until you upgrade.
That could have some unfortunate consequences.

Luckily it warned me to upgrade before anything bad happened.
New version works fine.

Well I'm upgrading, but I'm pretty sure it had been working... I did a clean install so I've had to set permissions on everything again, and I watched it block my FTP client until I allowed it, same with Gmail notifier and some other things. Maybe I was lucky?

Maybe I had to upgrade anyway. I thought it was because of the new OS.

I hated Little Snitch, most annoying crap ever. Vastly prefer the built in firewall.

I upgraded to 10.6.4 long time ago. But my computer shows no signs of Little Snitch not working with it. It still notifies me when some app is making an outgoing connection
