Also, that type is going to reduce down to nothing when the logo gets small.
That being said, if you're locked into this solution, I think the green in 1b helps the word "health" be a bit more legible (that's assuming the black versions are going to be used regardless of the option you choose)

Not sure what's going on here, but try using different colors to separate the hands from the rest of the stuff.
Larger type — look at this at a variety of sizes.
and yeah, we need more background on what Cultural Health Matters is about.

the hand says halt/stop to me - like a dibble would. it's too harsh.. i'm guessing it's supposed to be a helping soothing hand. But this isn't an afternoon logo crit, so prob best ignore it.....
