I'm in Toronto, there are very few agency that produce work of your caliber. As far as print agency's go.
- indeed... and sadly, very little client base there looking for it...neue75_bold

Canadians are to conservative. Although I like toronto, I really don't think it progressing my career to where I want to be.Claymantis - careerClaymantis

in terms of studios that are print focussed and producing good work you could talk to Concrete http://www.concrete.ca/concrete.… and Hahn Smith http://www.hahnsmithdesign.com/
Concrete is hiring so maybe you could talk to them about freelance. I worked there for a year, good people.. HS's work seems to have gone quite downhill though over the past 4 years..
- yeah contacted Concrete via their general email yesterday. no answer yet...xencinas
- I'll send you a contact..neue75_bold
- dinnick and howells still in business? Their website is freakin old, but remember some good stuffcanuck
- I don't think so, one of them went back to the uk I think...neue75_bold

- Yea I know its whack.
Claymantis - I see them with their tote bags on my way to work every morning. They free with employment? Kinda silly.Andrew_D

- Sweet, I'll utter insults tomorrow morning then.Andrew_D

X, here's two that focus on print and do it well: http://www.soapboxdesign.com/, http://www.hamblywoolley.com/
Interactive is the money maker here in the Big Smoke, unfortunately. Well, I like this racket, but for print peeps, it's a tough go.
- Hambly and Woolley is a bunch of hogwash.Claymantis
- "Hogwash"? Please define, hippy. ;-) Seems a bit family run, if that's what you're hinting at.Andrew_D
- Basically the studio is just a big tub where they wash hogs all day...Claymantis
- Interesting. Well, it seems to work for them. Maybe I'll try an pigeon washing technique, plenty of them in the city.Andrew_D
- Pho show.Claymantis

- "the" books. Lot's of debt.Andrew_D
- Yea they scaled down alot but they seem to be doing fine.Claymantis
