you should have a diamond decision point under QBN, branching to either Public Voice or Public Choice depending on the outcome of "is user a member?"
and you forgot the dotted line off to the empty box with the question mark in it

the chart also completely ignores the user feeds from the classic version of the site, appropriate though, as everyone else does too
