    Why is it that recruiters can't get their head around whether a person is qualified for a role or not?!

    I got a random call this morning for an art direction role, leading a whole team of designers and artworkers, when all it says on my CV is that I art directed a short film a few years back. I've had calls for a senior web developer roles, when it clearly states that I can only do basic flash animation.

    Do their clients not get pissed off when they end up interviewing 20 candidates who don't even meet half the freakin requirements?

    OK this is more of a rant..but if anyone has insight, bring it

    I constantly get emails for SEO jobs, I know how you feel.

    I presume because when they get your CV they put it into a database and tag it with keywords... then when they get a job through they match the keywords for the job to the ones on the CV....

    quicker than reading a CV.. and think how many they must read a day....
