"Laga" is not mentioned in the canonic books of scandinavian mythology (like the skáldskaparmál or any other of the eddas). Name appears in some texts associated with Freda or as a lesser entity, but can also be a "typo" or a misinterpretation of the oral tradition. Remember that the Scandinavian pagan folklore was registered from the "skálds" (singers) in the 13th century, and that for all that was saved, also something was lost or transformed.
