i used a few for months but didn't loose any weight or grow any stronger. night after night reading those apps while lying in bed eating kfc, reading and re-reading, i feel like i wasted those hours.

iFitness is pretty good. lots of exercises, heard they just added instructional videos, and a pretty good overall workout log.

iFitness fits all my gym needs. Never tried using it for cardio stuff but Nike + fits all the running needs and you can do that with the iPhone 3GS

Six Pack App is FREE and good to see pictures of almost every stretch, exercise, strength machine, etc.
Also, the Nike App for women is good for men, too. I like that one cause it has video.

I have ifitness, but I rarely use it. It would suck to carry around my phone in the gym.

iLift. just grab the phone, lift it, lower it, lift agian. now repeat the steps. lol.
