you'll be a better designer with CS4.

if you use multiple artboards in illustrator, then yes you should upgrade.
they made it incredibly easy to work with artboards, add, subtract them etc and have multiples that are different sizes

Hmmm.... I found flash cs4 a bit better, some minor things in photoshop cs4 were nicer, but overall I think it should be called cs3.1
