hey all, been out here seven months now looking for an art director/ designer gig. dry as a bone. wondering if anybody in the same boat, or wrapped up in the scene down here?
all heavy broadcast, post houses or interactive 'vendor shops' where if you know AS3, then you are considered an 'art director' down here, and i'm used to big ad shops when i storyboard/design all that, then we sent it out.
From Chicago, yeah , thurrs jobs back thurr. I was talking to Leo Burnett, old shop, and they were suggesting i come try the old cold winter back out again.. Came out here for a girlie, but hellz. recession? or is every shop down here in the orange county/ makes auto commericals/ or swipes heads at res12 for movie posters?
i was offered a position at attik s.f. last week as senior designer, as ive been freelancing for them, but looking down here i cant find shizz.

offered a job in chicago with a company you used to work for plus offered a senior position at attik ....
...pretty sure theres a lot of designers out there who are looking for jobs who would love to be in that position. What are you moaning for?
